This individual is a native of Santa Ana Xalmimilulco, Puebla, Mexico, and has a diverse academic background. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Palafoxiano Institute of Higher Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), where they are currently in the process of obtaining a Master's degree in Latin American Studies. Additionally, they are a co-founder and professor at Tlanemactiliztli, a self-managed academy of philosophy and humanities.

Professor-Researcher at the Universidad Intercultural de Chiapas, with a PhD in Rural Development from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, a Master’s Degree in Natural Resources and Rural Development from the Colegio de la Frontera Sur-Unidad San Cristóbal, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Sciences from the Universidad Valle de Grijalva de Chiapas. His academic work focuses on rural development, natural resources, and education, with an emphasis on the socio-economic challenges and opportunities in rural areas.

Víctor del Carmen Avendaño Porras, Universidad Mesoamericana

PhD in Education, with a focus on Communication and Educational Technologies. He is a specialist in Supply Chain Management and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems. Over the years, he has taught 90 Doctoral seminars and 53 Master’s seminars across various institutions. He was the director of the CUIDEM Centro Universitario de Investigación y Desarrollo para Mesoamérica. He is the author of 7 academic books on distance education and 35 articles published in indexed and refereed journals in countries like Uruguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Spain, Mexico, and the United States. Additionally, he has written 8 books of literature and presented papers at 60 International Congresses.
