Improvement Proposal For The Status Of Knowledge Magement In The Eight Supporting Processes, In Sena Regional Boyacá

This article shows the diagnosis of the current context of knowledge management in the eight (8) SENA support processes, namely; contractual management, knowledge management, document management, evaluation and control management, legal management, financial resource management, business relations and customer management and infrastructure and logistics management.  The starting point was a review of various knowledge management models, which established the one applied by the A.P.O. (Asian Pacific Organization) as the base model. Thus, the following characteristics were evaluated; leadership, organizational operations, knowledge processes, people development, knowledge management technology and learning and creativity.  The research has a qualitative and descriptive approach.  Methodologically, a survey was developed consisting of 42 items based on the APO model, the unit of analysis was made up of 74 officials who are part of the support processes in each of the training centers.  The main result is established in the maturity scale, that the SENA

Regional Boyacá obtained a total of 127 points out of the 210 possible, placing it at the introductory expansion level, that is to say that some knowledge management practices are carried out and that the organization integrates knowledge sharing and collaboration into core processes and is therefore considered to be in a transition stage.  Finally, a proposal for improvement articulated in the variables with the greatest impact is proposed; information systems, human talent and organizational culture, which aims to stimulate better performance of knowledge management from its processes, which will result in improvements for the entire organization.
