Pedagogical experiences for early childhood education from a gender perspective: a reflection from the guiding activities of early childhood

This chapter shares pedagogical experiences implemented from art, literature, exploration and play, as guiding axes of early childhood education. The authors show how these activities can contribute to an education without gender bias, allowing children to build their identity in a free, creative and reflective environment. The importance of designing intentional proposals that stimulate equity from early childhood is emphasized, highlighting the role of educators as agents of change. It is concluded that rethinking curricula and methodologies to promote inclusive and transforming pedagogical practices is essential.
