Capítulo 2. La filosofía como experiencia vital: Elementos socráticos, cínicos y estoicos

Jonathan Caudillo Lozano,

Synopsis

The  text  that  follows  tries  to  return  to  the  figure  of  Socrates,  and  to  some  Cynic  and Stoic elements, with the aim of reflecting on his closeness, and the possibility that  they  open  up  to  rethink  the  way  in  which  we  are  in  the  world  and  relate  to  ourselves.  and  with  others  in  the  immanence  of  everyday  life.  For  this  line  of  ancient thought, philosophy is not a practice independent of the course of everyday life, but rather a transforming experience that constitutes a concrete way of living. Rethinking these elements also allows us to reflect on the way in which the practice of philosophy occurs today.
