Formulation and evaluation of a proposal for a tomato dehydrating plant in Palmar de Bravo, Puebla

In the TecNM/I.T.S. de la Sierra Negra de Ajalpan, the formulation and evaluation of an investment project was carried out, its main idea is to know the viability of installing a company dedicated to the dehydration of tomato in the municipality of Palmar de Bravo, Puebla, because it is a purely agricultural area and 80% of the producers sow and grow vegetables, among which, the most important are tomatoes in greenhouse and in the open air, thus reducing waste by 3%. The methodology that was applied was to carry out a prospective analysis of the environment, to develop the market study, being the application of digital surveys to 300 people, the plant distribution was designed, the technical and legal aspects were reflected; Finally, all the financial analysis was carried
out, to conclude that 75% of those surveyed would buy the dehydrated tomatoes and the technical and economic studies are favorable
