Synopsis

This book aims to demonstrate that the methodology used for training does not exclude any field, area, or discipline. Therefore, remote methodologies are suitable for the teaching and learning of the legal sciences. In this way, the debate on the opportunities and benefits of training jurists in an era permeated by information technologies is left open. From this perspective, it is possible to generate a space for reflection on the training processes and the professional practice of jurists within the framework of new trends and digital tools, under a territorial development approach. Therefore, it is evident that the theoretical-conceptual structure and the practical work of law go beyond the simple operationalization of the legal norm. Legal Science must generate a greater approach and recognition of the socio-legal problems faced by the community, in which case the Information and Communication Technologies become a facilitating tool.

Therefore, it is intended to demonstrate that the methodology used for training does not exclude any field, area, or discipline. Therefore, remote methodologies are suitable for the teaching and learning of legal sciences.    In this way, the debate on the opportunities and benefits of training jurists in an era permeated by information technologies is left open.
