Synopsis

The e-book seeks to present research results linked to the actions carried out by researchers from the intrinsic connection of the axes of the Regional Intersystemic Observatory (OIR), the Centers for Territorial Thought, and the SINAPSIS Research Group. It promotes social inclusion for regional development and community outreach from different regions of the country. It is consolidated as a meta-systemic strategy of the National Open and Distance University (UNAD). It embodies the ideas, strategies, and principles built in conjunction with the Unadista Social Service System (SSISSU) and is the result of knowledge exchange between the University, Business, the State, and Society, especially through actors such as the Ministry of National Education (MEN).

In line with the above, this book, the result of research, is consolidated from its structure in the reticular work and aligned with what was established by the United Nations Organization (UNESCO), by promoting the creative, solidarity and environmental economy, establishing people and their communities as a priority, turning them into main actors to bet on their livelihoods, from the beginning of the digital transformation and the strengthening of economic and social rights, working in intergenerational alliance of participatory projects, in order to connect science, technology and innovation with territorial realities and the dissemination of knowledge, promoting the consolidation of results, achievements and impacts within the framework of institutional responsibility with society and considering education as a fundamental pillar for development.
