Analysis of the Impact of the Lack of an Accounting System on Small Businesses in District 2 of the Municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca

This research project seeks to carry out an analysis on the accounting process carried out by small deals in commune 2 of the municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca.

Undoubtedly, accounting management within any type of organization regardless of its size, takes great relevance for those who administer them, because it is thanks to these that adequate and timely decisions can be made, as well as knowing their financial health, being able to carry out control of its operation and comply with its tax obligations. Every type of organization cannot invent any type of accounting process, since this will not allow detecting any type of administrative problem that could put the continuity and prevalence of the organization at risk. It is for the above that those who exercise some type of accounting function must be suitable people, who know how to organize accounting information through existing technological tools.

Taking as a reference the primary information consulted, it is known how accounting management should be handled in small and medium businesses. Subsequently, a survey instrument is applied to knowledgeable specialists in the accounting for small deals, in order to find out their perception on this subject and thus raise some minimum accounting aspects that the organizations studied must bear in mind.
