Economic indicators: an application for Colombian departments

This chapter examines the productive structure of Colombian departments using regional analysis indicators such as the location quotient, geographic association coefficient, and employment multiplier. These indicators make it possible to identify the economic activities with the greatest capacity to generate employment and stimulate regional economies, highlighting productive inequalities across territories.
