Synopsis

The problems that deal with gender situations are nowadays a field that requires attention from different points of view. It is undeniable that life in society develops under a series of dynamics that ultimately result in conditions of exclusion for women. Therefore, in the same way that public policy seeks to establish mechanisms that improve the quality of life of women, or law seeks to generate norms that regulate the interaction with women to guarantee their human dignity, the social and human sciences such as philosophy, sociology, social psychology, etc., must respond to the call to establish debates that allow the development of categories that lead us to think about the mechanisms that make possible conditions of equity for women. In this sense, this text shows diverse points of view that are situated in the problematic that concerns us. We will find several views on gender situations from the theoretical discourse, which invite us to think about those categories that will allow us to open different perspectives of being and existing as a woman from an inclusive gender perspective.
